About:
Amolakchand Mahavidyalaya, Yavatmal, established in 1956 and managed by Vidya Prasarak Mandal, is a leading institution in Maharashtra’s Vidarbha region. Offering diverse undergraduate and postgraduate programs across Humanities, Commerce and Management, and Science and Technology, it has shaped thousands of students who now contribute to education, research, public service, business, and social work.
In July 2025, the Alumni Association of Amolakchand Mahavidyalaya was formally registered, marking a renewed commitment to connecting the college with its former students. This Association aims to foster a strong sense of belonging and continuous engagement, promoting mentorship, collaboration, and social connection among alumni from all disciplines.
The Association serves as a vital link between the institution’s past and future. Through guest lectures, workshops, motivational talks, and career guidance, alumni contribute to students’ development by offering real-world insights and networking opportunities. Reunions, networking events, and community outreach initiatives further strengthen alumni bonds and institutional identity.
Alumni are also encouraged to support the college through scholarships, infrastructure development, curriculum suggestions, and social initiatives reflecting their gratitude and commitment to the institution that shaped their journeys. Beyond academics, the Association aims to participate actively in community service, aligning with the college’s mission of promoting intellectual and social responsibility.
